A New Milestone for Lilalab

The Lilalab team is proud to share that our founder and executive director, Meta Pezdir, has successfully completed a two-year training program in expressive arts therapy, accredited by Dr. Avi Goren-Bar.

“Trust the process.”

This intensive journey, marked by deep inner work, meaningful connections, and transformative learning, represents an important milestone in Meta’s professional and personal development. The training was guided by experienced teachers and supported by a dedicated international group of practitioners, creating a space for reflection, growth, and exploration.

Two mantras echoed throughout the process: “Trust the process” and “The magic you are looking for is in the work you are avoiding.” Both point to the same invitation - to go deeper, especially when it feels uncomfortable.
