At Lilalab, we are helping entrepreneurs regenerate themselves and their business.
ABOUT LILALAB
Lilalab Think Tank is a private, non-profit institute based in Slovenia, working globally to advance quality lifestyles in the digital era. We believe entrepreneurs play a key role in shaping the future - not only through the businesses they build, but through the communities, innovations and cultures they create.
Today, our work focuses on empowering entrepreneurs - from aspiring founders and solopreneurs to intrapreneurs - to build businesses that create lasting value, not only economically, but also personally and socially. We believe that sustainable businesses begin with entrepreneurs who continuously regenerate their creativity, energy, clarity and purpose.
We bring this vision to life through our Labs - practical learning spaces where entrepreneurs experiment, reflect, connect and grow. Alongside our educational programmes, we develop innovative tools, facilitate workshops and events, and generate new ideas and methodologies that contribute to a more human, regenerative and sustainable future of entrepreneurship.
As a think tank, we don't only deliver programmes - we explore emerging challenges, develop practical frameworks, test them through real-world practice and share what we learn with entrepreneurs, organisations and policymakers. By connecting research with action, we aim to shape the future of entrepreneurship in the digital era.
WHY REGENERATION?
Entrepreneurship is often associated with speed, productivity, and growth. We believe another ingredient is equally important: regeneration.
For us, regeneration means intentionally restoring and strengthening the inner resources that allow entrepreneurs to create sustainable businesses - - energy, creativity, clarity, resilience, purpose and meaningful relationships.
So, it is not about slowing down. It is about creating the conditions for sustainable growth.
