July Mentorship Meetings: From Mission to Impact

In July, participants of the Lilalab Incubator took an important step in transforming theory into practice. Following the workshop series held between March and June, we organised one mentorship meeting in four small groups, giving each participant the opportunity to present their project and receive personalised support.

Learning through collective intelligence

Each participant shared the project they had developed using our Mission to Impact framework. What makes this milestone especially meaningful is that many joined the incubator without a concrete business or project idea. Over the past months, through workshops, mentoring and individual reflection, they gradually shaped ideas that truly reflect their purpose, values and vision.

After every presentation, participants took part in a mastermind feedback session, where they received constructive insights, questions and encouragement from both mentors and fellow participants. These conversations helped them refine their concepts, identify new opportunities and gain confidence as they continue developing their projects.

Looking ahead

The incubator is now taking a short summer break before the final stage of the programme.

In September, participants will reunite for the final workshop with communication coach Žan Sterle (1st generation of Lilalab Incubator), where they will work on developing their authentic presence and communicating their projects with clarity and confidence.

The programme will conclude with the Lilalab Incubator Final Conference on 8 October, where participants will present the inspiring projects they have been developing throughout the past seven months.

We are incredibly proud of this cohort and excited to see their ideas continue to grow into meaningful impact.
