Lilalab’s Incubator for Changemakers - 2nd generation

Incubator that empowers aspiring changemakers — especially female entrepreneurs from non-urban environments — to grow personally, work mindfully, and discover their mission.
We help them transform that mission into meaningful impact, guided by creativity, values, and a sense of community. We are developing the person (changemaker), not just the idea.

Project Pillar: Changemakers

Status: Ongoing (from January 2026 to December 2026)

Co-Funded by the EU

About the project

  • To empower aspiring entrepreneurs — especially young people and women — to grow personally, work mindfully, and discover their mission, before translating it into meaningful impact. The program focused on developing the person behind the idea, ensuring that their values, resilience, and creativity were as strong as their business skills.

  • We combined thematic workshops, mentorship, and public sharing within a structured SEED–GROW–HARVEST process. Participants began with intensive self-development and skills-building, moved into focused project refinement, and concluded by sharing their results with the wider community.

  • Target group:

    • Age range: Young entrepreneurs from across Slovenia (aged 18-30).

    • Backgrounds: A mix of early-stage entrepreneurs, creatives, community leaders, and individuals exploring entrepreneurship without a concrete business idea at the start.

    • Selection: 13 young women participate in the 2nd generation

Core team: Four young changemakers leading the program, supported by two experienced instructors.

  • SEED (January 2026 – June 2026)

    • Launch of the second generation with a selection process combining info day and self-assessment.

    • Internal trainings for the project group to strengthen understanding of law & finance for entrepreneur and gain project management skills.

    • 8 thematic workshops on topics: Mission, Rituals, Community, Activities, Moonshot, Resources, Impact, and Reflection.

    • Homework assignments: mood board, prototype, project plan, and portfolio.

    • Daily access to a co-working space for participants during workshop days.

    GROW (July 2026 – August 2026)

    • Group mentorship to refine and develop ideas.

    • Continued co-working space availability during mentorship day.

    HARVEST (September 2026 – December 2026)

    • Public final conference in October 2026 to present projects and share learnings.

    • Awarding of Youthpass certificates to all young participants.

    • Project evaluation and preparation of the long-term plan by the project group.

    • Co-financing from EU (Erasmus+).

    • Support from Impact Hub Ljubljana and Telprom.

    • Experienced instructors delivering workshops and mentorship.

  • We are measuring impact with questionnaire that was developed using scientific approach. Data will be analysed and shared at the end of the project.

  • To be defined at the end of the project in December 2026.

  • "...content that truly fulfills me and brings me back to my vision"

  • "I have gained a bit more momentum and courage to pursue my entrepreneurial vision."

  • "Allow yourself to be who you are, give yourself permission to make mistakes."

  • "My flame has flared up a bit more and revealed what truly brings me joy."
