Between 18 September and 23 October 2026, Lilalab delivered Discover Your Entrepreneurial Path: From Purpose to Impact, a five-week entrepreneurship programme for young people aged 18–29, in collaboration with BAZA Youth Centre in Ljubljana, Slovenia.
The programme combined a three-day entrepreneurial weekend with five weekly meetups, coworking sessions and individual mentoring.
Entrepreneurship Starts with the Individual
At Lilalab, we believe that entrepreneurship does not necessarily begin with a business idea. It begins with understanding one's values, motivations and the impact one wants to create.
During the three-day weekend, participants explored their personal purpose, identified community needs, developed business ideas and built their first prototypes. They also considered the social, environmental and economic impact of their projects and defined concrete next steps.
Our approach combined experiential learning, creative methods, personal reflection and practical entrepreneurial tools.
The weekend received an average recommendation score of 9.7 out of 10, with participants particularly appreciating its human-centred approach.

Building Entrepreneurial Skills Through Community
The programme continued with five Entrepreneurial Fridays, inspired by the mastermind group approach.
Each Friday began with peer discussions addressing real entrepreneurial challenges, including courage, decision-making, cross-cultural collaboration, networking and personal growth.
Participants then worked independently on their projects, exchanged experiences and received individual mentoring tailored to their needs.
As one participant reflected:

Beyond Business Ideas
The programme demonstrated the value of combining entrepreneurial capacity building with personal development, experiential learning and community support.
Through initiatives like this, Lilalab continues to develop human-centred learning experiences that empower young people to transform their potential into meaningful entrepreneurial action.
