Why Endings Matter
"The end is where we start from." - T. S. Eliot
The 8th workshop of the Lilalab Incubator explored the importance of reflection, evaluation, and meaningful closure. While entrepreneurship often celebrates new beginnings, sustainable growth also requires taking time to pause, make sense of our experiences, and consciously integrate what we have learned.
Our guest speaker, art therapist Katarina Davidovič, shared insights from her work with older adults, reminding us that true closure often comes through reconciliation—with ourselves and with others. Her perspective inspired participants to reflect on how intentional endings create space for new opportunities, stronger relationships, and more conscious leadership.
Every ending carries the potential for a new beginning. At Lilalab, we believe that reflection is not the end of the journey - it is where the next one begins.
