What Resources Matter When Building a Venture?

Sunshine, meaningful conversations, and fresh perspectives filled our sixth Lilalab Incubator workshop. Together, we explored the resources that help transform entrepreneurial ideas into reality - from knowledge, funding, and space to the often-overlooked resources of relationships, community, and personal purpose.

Participants reflected on the support systems around them, their relationship with money, and the assets they already possess on their entrepreneurial journey.

We were joined by Gal Krajnčič from Impact Hub Ljubljana, who shared insights from his own experience supporting entrepreneurs and changemakers. He reminded us that resources are not only tangible; they also include our mission and the people who believe in it.

When entrepreneurs are connected to a clear sense of purpose, they are better equipped to navigate uncertainty, stay resilient, and continue building their vision despite the inevitable challenges along the way.
